FCKstockWheels.com Limited Warranty Promise

At FCKstockWheels.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our limited warranty is designed to define the rights of our customers and limit our liability regarding warranty claims, to the fullest extent recognized by the laws of the state where the wheel was purchased.

Our Commitment to You

Structural Integrity: We warrant that our wheels will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Please refer to the Consumer Information and Wheel Installation Guidelines supplied with your wheel. Failure to comply with these instructions will void this warranty.

Material and Workmanship: We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for one year from the date of retail purchase.


Finish Warranties

  • Chrome and Painted Aluminum Finishes: We warrant these finishes to be free from peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel for one year.
  • PVD Finishes: We warrant these finishes to be free from peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel for two years.
  • Polished Aluminum Finishes: These finishes are not covered under warranty as they are not clear-coated and require regular maintenance to prevent oxidation.
  • Steel Wheels: Excluding surface rust or corrosion, we warrant the paint and plating on steel wheels for 90 days.


Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FCKstockWheels.com be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty does not apply if:

  • Damage occurred due to failure to follow the Installation Guidelines.
  • Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
  • Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions.
  • Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of improper use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, on and off-road racing.

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.


Use of Accessories

Our products are not designed to be used with any accessories or adapters other than those supplied and/or approved in writing by FCKstockWheels.com. Use of any accessory not supplied with the wheel voids this warranty.


How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, return the wheel for visual inspection to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased, along with a copy of the original sales receipt. If the dealer determines that the wheel has failed to perform as expected under this warranty, the wheel will be repaired or replaced at the dealer’s sole and absolute discretion. This repair or replacement does not include the cost of removal, shipping, installation, or reinstallation of the wheel.


Transfer of Title

This warranty expires upon the transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser.


Important Notice

If returned products are found ineligible for warranty coverage, they will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.
